Momentum AI’s integration with Gong simplifies accessing your team’s Gong calls. With a single click in our official Gong app, you can integrate Momentum with Gong and enable immediate transcription. There’s no need to alter how your team’s calls are recorded, or reconfigure Zoom or other video callers to incorporate Momentum.

Authorize Momentum in Gong.io

The steps are very simple. From any Slack channel, as an administrator, type */configure* in Slack to display the “Configure Integrations with Momentum” command. That will open Momentum Integrations Slack menu. configure-integrations Click on “Authorize” to open a new browser tab. This will allow you to complete the authentication flow on Gong.io. gong-authorize-integration Please note that you need to be at least Gong Technical Administrator to authorize Momentum access to your account. To find out the Gong Technical Administrator, you can go to https://app.gong.io/my-settings as shown: gong-settings

Assign AI License Seats To Your Team Members

To add users to the AI license Seats setting in Momentum:
  1. Log in to the Momentum Admin: Visit the Momentum admin page and log in with your credentials
  2. In the Team section, find or invite the users you’d like to assign AI licenses to
  3. Click Assign AI License option in the users’s record assign-ai-license-to-user

Troubleshooting
