Momentum AI’s integration with Clari Copilot simplifies accessing your team’s calls. With this integration, Momentum will access all calls in your Clari Copilot without altering how your team’s calls are recorded or reconfigure Zoom or other video callers to incorporate Momentum.

Connect Clari Copilot to Momentum

To establish a connection between Clari Copilot and Momentum, you’ll need an organization administrator to generate an API key and password from Clari Copilot and add it to your Momentum admin dashboard.

Generate Your Clari Copilot API Key and API Password

  1. Sign into your Clari Copilot console.
  2. Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → Clari Copilot API (sometimes listed under “Others”).
  3. Click “Generate” to obtain your API Key and API Password.

Add API Key and API Password to Momentum

  1. Copy the generated API Key and API Password from Clari Copilot.
  2. Switch to your Momentum admin integrations dashboard and find the Clari Copilot integration.
  3. Paste your API Key and API Password and click on “Save”. clari-copilot-add-api-key-to-momentum Only one API Key may be used for this integration per organization. If the Clari integration is already connected, you may delete the API Key to disconnect the integration at any time.

Assign AI License Seats To Your Team Members

To add users to the AI license Seats setting in Momentum:
  1. Log in to the Momentum Admin: Visit the Momentum admin page and log in with your credentials
  2. In the Team section, find or invite the users you’d like to assign AI licenses to
  3. Click Assign AI License option in the users’s record assign-ai-license-to-user
