Setting Up Momentum AI for Call Recording and Analysis

Momentum offers three flexible integration options for analyzing your team’s calls, depending on your existing technology and preferences.

1. Momentum Bot Joining as an Attendee

If you do not have native call recording or pre-existing call recording technology, Momentum can join your calls as an attendee. Momentum will join your calls as a note-taker, providing recording disclosure and automatically transcribing the conversation. This setup is simple, easy to implement, and suitable for both short-term and long-term use, leveraging your team’s calendar to identify and join scheduled calls without requiring additional administrative privileges. Importantly, videos will not be stored anywhere; Momentum will only use its access to transcribe the calls and utilize the data for workflows and extractions.

For detailed instructions, follow this guide:

2. Native Integration with Google Meet and Zoom

This method leverages the native “record” features of Google Meet and Zoom, allowing Momentum to access and transcribe calls without joining as an attendee. To use this setup, you will need specific admin access to Google Meet and Zoom, as well as the appropriate licenses and storage capacity within these tools. Once enabled, Momentum can seamlessly integrate with these platforms, automatically accessing and transcribing recorded calls. This option provides a streamlined, integrated solution without needing additional bot participation.

For detailed instructions, follow these guides:

3. Integration with Pre-Existing Call Recording Technology (Gong, Chorus, etc.)

If your organization already uses call recording technologies like Gong or Chorus, Momentum can integrate directly with these platforms. This means Momentum can access recorded calls from your Gong or Chorus account without changing your existing recording workflow. The installation is minimal and straightforward, as long as you have admin access to Gong, Chorus, or similar platforms. This integration maximizes the use of your existing infrastructure and provides a robust solution for call recording and transcription.

Congratulations, your setup is complete!
