  • Video Library

    • Our new Video Library allows you to watch call recordings directly within the Momentum Web App. This feature currently supports Zoom native recordings and Momentum’s bot recorder, making it easier to access and review calls.
  • Email as AI Signal Source

    • AI Signals can now be triggered by analyzed emails, broadening the sources available for actionable insights. This initial release supports emails from Amplemarket and Apollo saved as Salesforce Email Tasks.
  • AI Model Upgrade

    • All Momentum AI features are now backed by the latest AI models, improving the precision of conversation summaries and Autopilot extractions. This upgrade ensures that Momentum’s AI delivers sharper insights and higher accuracy in analyzing interactions.
  • Deal Rooms and Account Rooms Admin UI

    • Admins can now manage Deal Rooms and Account Rooms with enhanced efficiency, thanks to our updated UI. New capabilities include:
      • Simplified creation and invite flows.
      • Ability to review existing Rooms and check their status.
      • Option to unlink Rooms from Opportunity or Account records as needed.
  • Company Context for AI Settings

    • We’ve expanded Momentum’s AI settings to include company-specific context, allowing users to configure summaries that align with their unique value propositions. Adjusting these settings enables richer, more contextualized outputs across Momentum AI features.

  • Bulk License Assignment/Removal and User Deletion:

    • Enhanced the Teams page to allow bulk assignment, unassignment, and modification of license settings for multiple users. Multiple users can also be deleted in a single action.
  • Enterprise SSO Enhancements:

    • Finalized the ability to handle SAML users, allowing enterprise single sign-on using SAML.
  • Teams Page Improvements:

    • Introduced filters for Salesforce roles and moved the Export to CSV and Invite Members buttons to the top. Used colored bars to represent AI License Count usage.
  • Executive Brief Enhancements:

    • Added pagination for handling more than 1000 opportunities and improved error propagation for previews.
  • Exec Briefs Cadence Support:

    • Added support for monthly and quarterly cadence in the Exec Briefs product.
  • Update Object Button Enhancement:

    • Enabled additional preset values for Date or Datetime fields, allowing for computed values based on the date the button is clicked.
  • Backend Formatting Support:

    • Added support for currency and percentage formatting in Scheduled Notifications.
  • Editors Can Assign AI Licenses:

    • Expanded permissions to allow Editors to invite members and assign AI licenses, alleviating the burden on Organization Admins.
  • Improved Record Type Handling:

    • Fixed duplicate issue with Record Type fields, ensuring only relevant fields are displayed.
  • Enterprise SSO:

    • Enabled the ability to select SAML connections for enterprise single sign-on.
  • New Documentation Site:

    • Launched a new documentation site, migrating from Notion for improved content management.
  • Ask Momentum Update:

    • Updates to Ask Momentum models to increase context size for better performance.
  • Zoom Auth URL for Service Accounts:

    • Enabled the creation of Zoom Auth URLs for service accounts.
  • Export User List to CSV:

    • Added an Export to CSV button on the Teams page for Organization Admins to easily export user information.

  • Email-Triggered Workflows:

    • Launched the first piece of Email-triggered Workflows to build AI features that can read email threads, starting with emails imported into Salesforce by Apollo.
  • Salesforce Auth Scope Reduction:

    • Reduced Salesforce Auth scope to necessary permissions, addressing security concerns.
  • AI Signals in Slack:

    • Removed tagging of the host user in AI Signals when sending Slack messages.
  • Component Library Project:

    • Deprecated the Recipes page and added more tests and features to the in-progress Component Library project.
  • Infinite Scrolling in User Dropdown:

    • Enabled infinite scrolling on the Invite Users dropdown on the Teams page, increasing the page size to 50 for easier user search and selection.
  • Call Audit Enhancement:

    • Added a feature to Call Audit to categorize meetings with less than 5 minutes of speaking time as “Skipped” and marked as “Duration Too Short.”
  • New UI Buttons:

    • Implemented new slick-looking buttons throughout the app to enhance the user interface.
  • Executive Briefs:

    • Sections in executive briefs can now be sortable.
  • Web App Navigation Changes:

    • Tweaked the Settings section for better navigation. Only Org Admins will see “Security” (formerly “Organization Admin Settings”).
  • Feature Update:

    • Removed @-tagging in summary notifications to reduce notification clutter.
  • Email Follow-Up Customization:

    • Introduced new screens for users to customize Spotless Emails with Tone of Voice and example links.

  • Recording License Improvements:

    • Added options to enable bot recording for Zoom and non-Zoom meetings.
    • Specified whether Momentum will record meetings organized by users outside of a customer’s organization.
  • Provisioned Licenses Bug Fix:

    • Allowed the number of provisioned licenses to be set to 0.

    • Added Case object support in AI Summaries and AI Notifications.

    • Removed the clone button due to complications around cloning workflows with prompts.

    • Added Quarter and Fiscal Quarter query filters in Scheduled Notifications.
