Momentum CI Licensing Explained

Momentum offers a flexible and powerful licensing model designed to give your entire organization visibility into customer conversations while providing advanced capabilities to the users who need them most. Our model is built on three distinct seat types.

Viewer Seat

Cost: Free and UnlimitedPermissions:
  • View any call, clip, or playlist they are given access to.
  • Receive shared content.
Viewer seats are designed to promote widespread learning and collaboration. Anyone in your company can be a viewer at no cost.

CI Seat

Cost: Paid (Per User)Permissions:
  • Everything a Viewer can do, plus…
  • Have their own calls recorded by Momentum.
  • Create clips and playlists.
  • Search the entire call library.
CI seats are for the users who are actively having their conversations recorded, such as your sales reps and customer success managers.

AI Seat

Cost: Paid (Per User, Add-on)Permissions:
  • Everything a CI Seat holder can do, plus…
  • Access to all Momentum AI features on recorded calls (Summaries, Autopilot, Signals, etc.).
  • Ability to configure AI-powered workflows.
AI seats unlock the full power of Momentum’s analysis on your recorded conversations. This is typically assigned to users who need to leverage AI for automation and deep insights.

How the Seats Work Together

  • A user with a CI Seat can have their calls recorded.
  • If that same user also has an AI Seat, all of Momentum’s AI features can be run on those recordings.
  • Anyone in the organization can be a Viewer for free to watch the recordings and clips that are shared with them.
This model allows you to provide recording and AI capabilities to your key customer-facing team members while ensuring that the valuable insights generated can be shared freely across your entire company without incurring extra costs.
