Overview
The Upcoming Calls tab introduces a streamlined, at-a-glance view of all scheduled, in progress and processed meetings. Designed to help users manage their daily communication more effectively, the tab separates in-progress meetings from upcoming meetings, highlights important call states, and provides direct controls for AI Recording and privacy management. This feature ensures Momentum users can easily monitor, manage, and control meetings from a unified interface, without having to switch between tools or dashboards.
Key Features
1. Dedicated Tab for Calls
A new tab, “Upcoming Calls”, is now available in the Momentum web app. It lists:- In-progress meetings (highlighted and displayed at the top)
- Meetings scheduled for the next seven days.
- Meetings that have already been processed.
- Meeting Date & Time
- Meeting Title
- Salesforce Details
- AI Recording Toggle
- Privacy Control Button
2. AI Recording Management
Each meeting row includes a toggle switch for the Momentum AI Recording feature:- Toggle ON/OFF: Enables or disables automatic recording and transcription by Momentum.
- Info icon: Appears when recording is disabled, showing:
- The call’s recording status
- The reason recording is unavailable (e.g. Missing Cross-Source Information, No User License Found, or Disabled by User).
- Reactivation: Users can re-enable recording only if it was manually disabled. Calls with disabled recordings with a valid skip reason, such as missing info or licensing issues, cannot be re-enabled.
3. Privacy Controls
A secondary action button allows users to mark a meeting as private:- Converts a public meeting (visible to the entire organization) into a private meeting (visible only to the host and attendees).
- Once made private, the action cannot be undone.
- The column updates to show a greyed-out “Private” label to indicate restricted visibility.
