At a glance, understand the state of any account. The AI-generated brief analyzes all associated calls and emails to deliver a concise, high-level overview, perfect for prep before a customer call or an internal strategy session.

Visual Activity Timeline

Scroll through a chronological, visual timeline of every interaction associated with the account. This includes:
  • Calls: Key meetings with links to recordings.
  • Emails: Important email exchanges.
  • CRM Updates: Major changes to the opportunity or account record.
  • Internal Notes: Notes or comments left by the team in Momentum or Salesforce.

How to Use Account Briefs

  1. Navigate to an Account: In your Momentum dashboard or web app, search for and select any account.
  2. View the Brief: The Account Brief page will load automatically. The AI-summary will be at the top.
  3. Explore the Timeline: Scroll down to see the full, visual history of all activities. Click on any item to get more details.
  4. Ask a Question: Use the “Ask Momentum” search bar at the top of the page to ask any question about the account. Review the AI-generated answer and click on the sources to dig deeper.
