How Momentum Assigns Coaching Scores

The way Momentum works is that we attribute all coaching scoring and feedback to the call host - the person who scheduled and owns the meeting. This means even when multiple team members contribute to a call (like a Sales Engineer asking great discovery questions), all scores and feedback are assigned to the host.We designed it this way because the host is ultimately responsible for the overall call success - managing timing, flow, discovery depth, and ensuring the team works together effectively.
