Contact Automation
Momentum’s Contact Automation is designed to streamline your sales and customer success workflows by automatically adding contacts to Salesforce after every call. This feature ensures no participant is missed, significantly boosting your multi-threading and lead recycling efforts with minimal overhead.
Key Features
Effortless Contact Capture
Momentum automatically captures every participant from your calls and syncs them as leads or contacts in Salesforce. Take advantage of additional attendees being brought into your calls and make sure you know who to follow up with.
Integration with Key Tools
Momentum integrates seamlessly with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Gong, directly embedding your daily workflow. This integration is designed to enhance your team’s efficiency and productivity significantly.
Flexible Sync Options
Based on your Salesforce object preferences, sync attendees from calls as contacts or leads. You can choose to sync manually or automatically to match your desired processes, ensuring complete control over how contact data flows into your organization.
Enhanced Contact Capture Speed
Momentum helps your reps capture contacts and leads up to 10x faster. Even if attendees are added to the Google Calendar but miss the meeting, Momentum ensures they are not missed. This automated workflow saves your reps from manually switching to Salesforce to add contacts.
Customizable Contact Data Flow
Control how you want to set up your contact automation. You can choose to ping your reps in Slack when a contact has been added or allow them to manually fill in relevant contact details before saving.
