Organize Recordings With Nested Folders

Keep your Call Library aligned with the way your team works by building folder structures that mirror your customer journeys or internal processes. Nested folders help you stay organized no matter how fast your library grows.

Key Capabilities

  • Create sub-folders inside any folder to group recordings by customer, region, team, or project.
  • Drag and drop folders to rearrange hierarchies so you can move an entire customer folder under a new parent without touching every call.
  • Store everything in one place—folders, call recordings, and snippets. Item counts include nested folders so you always know what lives inside.
  • Navigate effortlessly with breadcrumbs. The header trail shows exactly where you are and lets you jump back up a level in one click.
  • Keep everyone aligned. Folder breadcrumbs, search results, and organization are shared, so teammates see the same structure you do.

Getting Started

  1. Open the Calls → Folders tab.
  2. Click New Folder to create your top-level folders.
  3. Open any folder and use New Folder again to create sub-folders.
  4. Drag a folder into another folder to nest it, or click More → Move to choose the destination from a list.
  5. Use the sidebar or breadcrumb trail to move between levels. Searching within a folder focuses on the current level—clear the search to see everything again.

Tips

  • Rename or delete folders from the More menu. Deleting a folder removes any sub-folders and snippets it contains, but the underlying calls stay in the Call Library.
  • If a folder feels cluttered, break it down by creating sub-folders and moving items into them.
  • Breadcrumbs always start with All folders—click it to jump back to the top level.
